Middle school students send goodies to soldiers
March 12, 2008
During the months of January and February, the KMS Builders Club ran a project called Silly Soldiers. It was a great success for a second year in a row, collecting about 15 boxes being sent overseas to American Soldiers. As well as collecting items such as stationary, and hygiene items, the students added Silly String (hence the project name). Students were also able to write letters expressing their respect and care for the troops. Great Job Guys!
We would also like to thank General Jerry Cannon, our site coordinator. We could not have done it without you!
