Ms. Wildfong’s class enjoys science. Students mostly do center activities. After learning about density and mass, they used Diet Coke and regular Coke to find out the difference between the two.

Students did several scientific projects.

Also in the mass category, Ms. Wildfong’s class had to find out the difference in mass between salt water and regular water. Then, after finally getting over the chemical and physical reaction category, they had to use tobasco sauce and a dirty penny to see if a physical reaction would happen.

Does a physical reaction happen when you put tobasco sauce on a dirty penny?

Last but not least, their center activities ended with a project by the name of Cartesian Divers. While putting an eye-dropper in a 2-liter bottle full of water, you had to use air pressure to lower the eye-dropper to the bottom of the bottle.
