Music Lesson Scholarships Available
Launch the media gallery 1 playerIn an effort to encourage private music lessons to enhance classroom instruction, the Kalkaska Music Boosters has a scholarship program to help partially pay for the lessons. You arrange the lessons and discuss the payment arrangement with the instructor. Once that is decided, Boosters will reimburse you or pay the instructor directly for every fourth lesson. Please fill out the linked form and submit to the Boosters.
We will include lesson/contact info for qualified music teachers as we become aware of them and if they want to be included in this list.

-Lessons are taught out of Mr. Chissus' home, located approximately four miles south of town. $10 for 30 minute lessons.
2) Darrell Boger, 231 886 8898
-bass guitar, electric and acoustic guitar, trombone, tuba, baritone, piano, vocals
-$10 per 30 minute lessons, $20 hour
-lessons are taught at his home or at the Kalkaska Church of Christ
3) Dawn Moses AdLib Piano Studio, 231 564-0801
- lessons are taught at her home within the village of Kalkaska
*Note- Marshall Music in Traverse City does offer lessons but we encourage you to "shop local". You will not only save money on the lessons but on gas, too.
