16th Annual Spring Auction
Rapid City PTO is getting ready for their upcoming Spring Auction and Dinner on Saturday, May 6, 2017
Rapid City PTO is sponsoring the 16th annual Auction & Spring Dinner. The event will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Rapid City Elementary School. The “Past-Present-Future” themed dinner will begin at 5 pm with a Live Auction starting at 6 pm.
Greg Bancroft, Auctioneer with Wayne Bancroft Auction Service, will auction off a wide variety of items including golf packages, outdoor gear, gardening items, art supplies, service certificates, and lots more. Additionally each classroom will offer a basket with items donated from the student’s families.
The “From the Grill” dinner menu will include grilled chicken, burgers, hot dogs, homemade mac´n´chese, baked beans, cole slaw, and choice of coffee, tea or lemonade. Kids 12 and under eat free, Adults and kids 13 and up $6 per person. All profits will go towards funding field trips, classroom supplies, swim and skate lessons, and other educational projects at Rapid City Elementary School.
