Athletic Boosters Pay-to-Play Sports Scholarship Form
The Kalkaska Athletic Boosters offer scholarships for players whose families may not be able to afford the fee for pay-to-play.
Please print the form, you and your student need to sign it, along with a coach and then turn in to Mrs. Wiest at the high school office.
